Do you cover my London postcode?
Yes. We cover every Greater London borough and the main EC, E, N, NW, SE, SW, W and WC postcode sectors. If you're just outside the M25, tell us the postcode on the contact form and we'll confirm coverage.
How quickly can I get a survey booked?
This is planned work, not an emergency call-out. Most surveys are booked within a few days across all boroughs — tell us the room and system age when you enquire and we'll confirm the earliest slot.
Is heating work priced the same in every borough?
The pricing structure applies London-wide. What differs is the job itself — a period Victorian terrace and a new-build flat can need very different work for the same symptom, which the survey establishes.
Why do you have separate pages for each borough?
Housing stock changes what a heating system typically needs: a Kensington mansion block is not a Croydon semi. Local pages explain typical system age and common issues so you get relevant guidance before we arrive.
Can you help with a system that has never been serviced properly?
