Heating Services London

Pricing

A free survey, then a fixed quote

Heating work varies too much by room, system and access for an honest flat rate card. We survey the job for free, then agree a fixed price before anything starts — no open-ended hourly rate, no teaser figure that grows once we're on site.

Priced against the agreed scope — a rebalance and a fuller upgrade differ significantly.

Every job is priced the same way: a free survey first, a fixed quote for the agreed scope, and no work starting until you've said yes.

Four pricing principles

Quote-only, always

We don't publish a flat rate card or a teaser “from £X” figure — every job is priced against a proper survey of the actual room or system.

Free survey first

A survey costs nothing and carries no obligation. The fixed quote comes after we know exactly what the job involves.

Fixed price before we start

Once agreed, the price does not change on the day — no open-ended hourly rate, no surprise extras once work begins.

No boiler-repair upsell

If a survey turns up something boiler-specific, outside what we do, we'll say so plainly rather than quote for work we shouldn't be doing.

Pricing questions

Why don't you publish fixed prices for each service?

Radiator, power flush, underfloor heating and system jobs vary too much by room size, system age and access to publish one honest number. A survey lets us quote accurately instead of guessing high to cover the worst case.

Does the survey cost anything?

No — the survey is free and carries no obligation to book the work. You get a fixed quote at the end of it, and it's entirely your decision from there.

Will the price change once work starts?

No. The quote agreed after survey is the price you pay for the scoped work. If something genuinely unexpected turns up once work has started, we stop and explain it before doing anything extra.

Do you charge for call-outs even if I don't go ahead?

The initial survey is free. If a call-out fee or minimum charge applies for any reason, it will be shown here and confirmed with you before it applies — see the note below the table.

Can I get typical market ranges before booking a survey?

We publish typical UK market ranges where we have a credible, cited source — figures here are never invented for this site or attributed to our own pricing without a survey behind them.

Do prices differ by borough?

The pricing structure applies London-wide. What differs is the job itself — a period Victorian terrace and a new-build flat can need very different work for the same symptom, which is exactly what the survey establishes.
